RealSkin Lab is operated by ECHOES OF INTRIGUE LLC, a Florida limited liability company. References in this Privacy Policy to "RealSkin Lab," "we," "us," or "our" refer to ECHOES OF INTRIGUE LLC as the company operating the RealSkin Lab platform.

RealSkin Lab may collect and process information that you provide directly, information generated through your use of the service, and limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

We may use information collected through RealSkin Lab for purposes including:

• ·Processing photographs, reference images, prompts, settings, and other submitted materials to generate requested renders and related outputs;
• ·Storing and displaying generated content in your private account or gallery, where applicable;
• ·Creating, authenticating, and managing user accounts;
• ·Managing subscriptions, purchases, credits, billing status, refunds, and related transactions;
• ·Preventing abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and circumvention of usage restrictions;
• ·Enforcing service limits, safeguards, content controls, and platform rules;
• ·Sending transactional communications such as account notices, billing notifications, render-ready notifications, support responses, and service-related messages;
• ·Sending product updates and marketing communications about RealSkin Lab, which you may opt out of at any time;

• ·Understanding product usage and improving RealSkin Lab;

RealSkin Lab may process photographs, reference images, prompts, account information, generated content, and other information submitted or created by users as necessary to provide the platform's generation and related services.

User-provided information and uploaded content are handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The way particular information is processed may depend on the features you use and the technical services required to provide those features.

We seek to limit the processing of user-provided content to what is reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, and improve the service and to carry out the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right, authorization, consent, or other permission required to submit photographs, reference images, prompts, and other materials to RealSkin Lab, as further described in our Terms of Service.

6.Uploaded Photos, Reference Images, Prompts, and Renders

Photographs, reference images, prompts, and other materials you submit may be processed as necessary to provide the generation functionality you request.

Uploaded content may be transmitted to or processed by service providers that support generation, storage, hosting, or other functionality required to operate RealSkin Lab.

RealSkin Lab does not use uploaded photographs or reference images to train shared models.

Uploaded photographs and reference images are used to generate the content you request. RealSkin Lab does not use them to identify, recognize, or authenticate a specific individual, and does not operate as a facial-recognition or biometric-identification service.

Generated renders may be stored in your private gallery or account in accordance with the applicable retention practices made available through the service.

Where account controls are available, you may be able to delete individual renders or other content directly from your account.

You may also request deletion of your account or eligible personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Because RealSkin Lab relies on third-party service providers to perform certain processing, information submitted through the service may also be processed by those providers as necessary to perform their respective services.

7.Cookies, Local Storage, and Device Identifiers

We may use essential cookies, local storage, and similar technologies where necessary to operate the service.

These technologies may be used to:

• ·Maintain account sessions;
• ·Remember selected plans, settings, or preferences;
• ·Support authentication and security;
• ·Enforce service and usage limits;

RealSkin Lab may also use a device fingerprint or similar device-identification signal to help enforce free-render limits or other usage restrictions and to prevent abuse.

Device-identification signals used for these purposes are not intended for cross-site advertising tracking.

8.Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, and support legitimate business and operational requirements.

Account and billing records may be retained while your account is active and for any additional period required or permitted by applicable law, including for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, and record-keeping purposes.

Reference photos uploaded to build an RSL-Pulse identity profile are retained for 30 days from the date of upload and are then automatically deleted; you may also delete your profile and its photos at any time before then.

Generated renders are retained for 30 days from the date of creation and are then automatically deleted, subject to the account and technical retention exceptions described above; you may also delete individual renders from your gallery at any time before then.

You may request earlier deletion of eligible personal information or account content, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, technical, and record-retention requirements.

Deletion from active systems may not always result in immediate deletion from backups, security logs, or other systems where temporary retention is reasonably necessary for technical, recovery, legal, or security purposes.

9.How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These safeguards may include:

• ·Encryption in transit;
• ·Authentication and access controls;
• ·Restricted access to personal information;
• ·Infrastructure and security measures;
• ·Monitoring and abuse-prevention systems; and
• ·Security review of service providers.

No internet-based service, electronic storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We encourage users to use a strong, unique password and to protect access to their accounts and authentication credentials.

11.Age Restriction and Children's Privacy

RealSkin Lab is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 18 to create accounts or use the platform.

If RealSkin Lab becomes aware that an account is being used by an individual under the age of 18, we may take appropriate steps to restrict, suspend, or terminate the account and address associated personal information in accordance with applicable law and this Privacy Policy.
